Refund Policy for Finger Exercises for Poets

We want to ensure a fair refund policy while maintaining the integrity of our course schedule. Please review the policies carefully, especially if using Afterpay or Klarna.

Refund Policy for Direct Payments (Credit/Debit, PayPal, etc.)

 1. Full Refund (100%) – If requested before March 1st, 2025, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

 2. Partial Refund (50%) + Future Credit (50%) – If requested between March 2nd and April 1st, 2025, we will refund 50% of your payment and provide a 50% credit toward a future offering.

 3. No Refunds After April 22nd, 2025 – After this date, no refunds will be issued.

Refund Policy for Afterpay & Klarna Users

Because Afterpay and Klarna work on a payment installment system, we have a different refund policy for users paying through these services:

 1. Full Refund (100%) – Available if requested by March 22nd, 2025. Any payments made will be refunded, and future installment payments will be canceled.

 2. No Refunds After March 22nd, 2025 – After this date, no refunds will be issued, and you must complete your scheduled payments as agreed upon with Afterpay/Klarna.

Important Notes for Afterpay & Klarna Users

 • Refunds will be processed through Afterpay/Klarna and will reflect according to their terms.

 • If a refund is requested before March 22nd, Afterpay/Klarna will adjust or cancel your remaining payments and refund completed payments.

 • If you request a refund after March 22nd, you must continue paying the remaining installments—no exceptions.

 • Disputing a charge after the refund deadline will be handled per Afterpay/Klarna’s policies, and we will provide proof of agreement to this policy.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By enrolling in this course, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. If you choose Afterpay or Klarna as your payment method, you understand that you are responsible for completing payments even if you decide to drop the course after March 22nd.
