1. Overview

By purchasing a 4-month subscription to Litfield Writers, you agree to the following terms. This membership provides full access to our online writing community, including events, courses, and other listed benefits, for the duration of your active subscription.

2. Subscription Term & Renewal

 • This subscription is billed every four (4) months, starting on the date of launch

 • It will automatically renew every 4 months, unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

 • Subscribers will receive access to all content and community features for the duration of their active subscription.

 • The subscription will remain active for the full 4-month term, regardless of usage.

3. Payment & Billing

 • The subscription fee is $383, billed at the start of each 4-month cycle.

 • By subscribing, you authorize Litfield Writers to charge your payment method automatically every four months.

 • All payments are processed securely through Kajabi Payments (or the platform’s designated payment processor).

4. No Refund Policy

 • Due to the digital nature of our content and community access, all sales are final.

 • No refunds, full or partial, will be issued—regardless of subscription usage.

 • You may cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal, but the current 4-month term is non-refundable.

5. Community Access & Conduct

 • Subscribers receive access to the online community for the length of their active subscription.

 • All members are expected to engage respectfully and abide by posted community guidelines.

 • We reserve the right to revoke access (without refund) for conduct that violates community standards, including harassment or disruptive behavior.

6. Subscription Management

 • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

 • Cancellation will stop future charges but will not retroactively refund or remove the current term.

 • Upon cancellation, access will remain active through the end of the paid 4-month period.

7. Modifications

 

We reserve the right to update this agreement or the terms of service. Any material changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.

By completing your subscription purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this agreement.
