Litfield Writers Semiannual Subscription Agreement

 

1. Overview

By purchasing a semiannual subscription to Litfield Writers, you agree to the following terms. This membership provides access to our online writing community, live events, course library, and other listed benefits for the duration of your active subscription.

2. Subscription Term & Renewal

 • This subscription covers a period of six (6) months per billing cycle.

 • Your first payment secures your Founding Member rate and access to the Litfield Writers community.

 • Your next payment will be billed 6 months after the launch date unless you cancel prior to renewal.

 • Your subscription will automatically renew every six months unless canceled.

3. Payment & Billing

 • The semiannual subscription fee is $549, billed every six months.

 • The first charge occurs upon purchase to reserve your Founding Member access.

 • Your second payment will be processed 6 months after the official launch date (July 1, 2025), regardless of your original purchase date.

 • All payments are processed securely through Kajabi Payments or the platform’s authorized payment provider.

4. No Refund Policy

 • All sales are final.

 • Due to the nature of our digital products and live events, we do not offer full or partial refunds for any reason, including early cancellation or non-use of services.

 • Canceling your subscription will prevent the next billing but will not refund the current 6-month term.

5. Community Access & Conduct

 • Subscribers receive full access to all Litfield Writers features for the length of their active subscription.

 • All members are expected to follow community guidelines and engage respectfully.

 • We reserve the right to revoke access (without refund) if community standards are violated.

6. Cancellation & Management

 • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

 • Cancellation prevents renewal but does not affect access during the current 6-month term.

 • If you cancel before the second billing date, your subscription will simply end at the end of that 6-month cycle.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.

By completing your subscription purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Semiannual Subscription Agreement.

As a Founding Member of Litfield Writers, you’ll receive full access to our creative community including four live events each month, a growing library of courses and prompts, exclusive discounts, and early access to everything we’re building. You’ll also receive our special founding rate of $549 every 6 months—a price that will never increase for you. This is your invitation to help shape the community from the ground up and join the first circle of writers, seekers, and fellow creatives

Please note, we are launching on July 1st, 2025!  All access to community and recordings begin on launch date.  Your next billing will be on January 1st 2026
