Litfield Writers Subscription Agreement

Service Provider: Litfield Writers (a project of Riparian Arts LLC)

Subscriber: The individual completing this subscription purchase

1. Overview

By purchasing a subscription to Litfield Writers, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. This is an annual membership that grants you access to the offerings described on our website at the time of purchase.

2. Subscription Term & Renewal

 • Your first payment secures your Founding Member rate and access to the Litfield Writers community.

 • Your next payment will be 12 months after the launch date unless you cancel prior to renewal.

 • Your subscription will automatically renew every 12 months at the same rate unless otherwise stated or unless you cancel before the renewal date.

 • You will receive an email reminder at least 7 days before renewal.

3. Payment & Fees

 • The annual subscription fee is $999, unless a different rate is offered at the time of your sign-up.

 • All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.

 • By subscribing, you authorize Litfield Writers to charge the provided payment method on an annual basis.

4. No Refund Policy

 • Due to the digital and community-based nature of this service, all sales are final.

 • We do not offer refunds—partial or full—for any reason, including non-use of services.

 • You may cancel your auto-renewal at any time to avoid being charged for the following year.

5. Access & Benefits

 • As a subscriber, you will receive access to the content and community features outlined on the membership page at the time of your enrollment.

 • We reserve the right to evolve our offerings to better serve our members, including adding new features, rotating instructors, or updating live event schedules.

6. Community Conduct

 • You agree to engage respectfully and constructively within the community.

 • We reserve the right to revoke access to the community (without refund) in cases of abuse, harassment, or violation of community guidelines.

7. Cancellation & Account Management

 • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [insert email address].

 • Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund the current year’s payment.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our site.

By completing your subscription purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Service Agreement.
